Implementation of the HR and payroll module in Dynamics 365 at Multilayer Pipe Company successfully completed!

Another successful implementation! Multilayer Pipe Company (MPC), one of the largest European producers of multilayer and cross-linked polyethylene pipes, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 – the latest cloud-based, AI-supported version of the prestigious ERP system. This is an important step on the company’s path to further dynamic development and implementation of its mission – to be the European leading manufacturer of polyethylene pipes for indoor applications.

Arcus SI guided the client in this project by upgrading the system from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 in the HR and payroll area. We have implemented the standard version of the HC 365 module and the modifications assumed in the project, adapting the system to the company’s needs.

The project included analysis, design, implementation, testing and launch of the system, as well as training for users and post-implementation supervision.

And all this on time and according to schedule!

Effect?

  • Support for approximately 250 office and production employees
  • Correctly calculated payroll
  • Pay slips are password protected and sent to employees by e-mail, directly from the system
  • And many other modern, automated HR and payroll processes

Further development works are planned.
