We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A., the largest Polish media holding.

The client decided to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics 2009 to Dynamics 365 to take advantage of the latest version to improve business process management and work optimization. The implementation, which included the following modules: Finance, Sales, Fixed Assets, Marketing, Organization, Warehouse and Secretariat, allowed the company to monitor business operations even more effectively and to react faster to changes. The input and use of data has been shared between the individual entities of the holding, which significantly accelerated the generation of information and its analysis.

The project presented many challenges. The multi-company nature of the organization meant the need to implement the system in as many as 13 companies, launched in stages. The migration had to be done without stopping the client’s ongoing work and there was a huge amount of data to be imported, for example, one of the tables contained over 1 million records! In addition, the dynamically changing global situation influenced the implementation schedule. Nevertheless, thanks to the effective cooperation of the project teams of both parties, the implementation was carried out as planned.

Currently, we are starting the next stage of cooperation with the client maintaining the system and supporting its users in their daily work.
