one4all HR is an advanced solution enabling users of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system to efficiently manage and automate all HR and payroll processes in compliance with Polish legal regulations. It is designed to meet the needs of both enterprises and public sector institutions, with special attention to the specific requirements of higher education institutions through the dedicated one4all eduHR module.
The system is built on the latest cloud technology, fully integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem, and enhanced with AI-driven functionalities, mobile applications (employee portal), and reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. It ensures the highest levels of data and operational security and provides continuous updates aligned with current technology trends.
