Cracow University of Technology Implements a Modern ERP System for Human Capital Management in Partnership with Arcus SI
The Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology, one of Poland’s leading technical universities, renowned for its commitment to development and innovation, is launching the implementation of the modern, web-based one4all eduHR ERP system, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The university has selected Arcus SI as its implementation partner. Arcus SI is a long-standing Microsoft solutions provider with extensive experience in supporting educational institutions in their digital transformation initiatives.
The solution will cover the following areas:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Payroll
- Company Social Benefits Fund Management (ZFŚS)
- Civil Law Contract Management
- Employee Mutual Aid and Loan Fund (PKZP)
A key component of the project will be the integration of the new system with the university’s core business applications, including the electronic document workflow system, the USOS University Study-Oriented System, and the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform used in the finance and accounting area.
The implementation will provide Cracow University of Technology with a unified and modern digital environment that supports efficient organizational management and the ongoing digitalization of administrative processes.
This marks another successful Arcus SI project within the higher education sector.
