That is exactly what we are celebrating today at Arcus SI. For 30 years, we have been helping organizations streamline their business processes and achieve more through modern technology.

A Brief Look Back

Our journey began in 1996 as CSF Polska, founded on a strong belief that Polish businesses and institutions deserve world-class IT solutions.

Over the years, we evolved into Syntea Business Solutions and, following our integration into the Arcus S.A. capital group, became Arcus Systemy Informatyczne.

Today, still proudly operating within the Arcus Group but now as Arcus SI Joint Stock Company (Arcus SI S.A.), we celebrate 30 years in the market—and we are far from slowing down.

What Have We Built Over Three Decades?

• Since day one, we have been a Microsoft partner, making this one of the longest-standing and most stable partnerships of its kind in Poland.
• We developed our own product, one4all—a modern ERP platform that combines the strengths of the global leader in business management solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, with full compliance with Polish legal requirements and the specific needs of both private and public sector organizations.
• We have become one of the leading ERP solution providers for higher education institutions. Universities using one4all edu—our dedicated solution designed to address the complex management needs of higher education—include some of the most respected institutions in the education sector.
• We created our own advanced HR and payroll solutions: one4all HR and one4all eduHR. These systems meet the most demanding organizational requirements and are trusted by public and private sector organizations alike, as well as universities, where employee management processes are at the heart of administration.
• We have successfully delivered more than 500 ERP implementation projects for medium-sized, large, and enterprise-scale organizations.
• We have introduced hundreds of additional one4all extensions and solutions for Microsoft Dynamics, including JPK VAT, White List verification, KSeF integration, Banking API Integration, Reporting Center based on Power BI/Fabric, and integration with Statistics Poland (GUS).
